Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Metabolic Solutions. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

• Only unused and unopened breath test kits are eligible for return.
• The item must be in its original packaging and include all components and documentation.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• For health and safety reasons, any test kit that has been opened, partially used, or shows signs of tampering cannot be accepted for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

with your order information and reason for return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item).

Exclusions

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, used or opened test kits cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
